We raise Berkshire Duroc pigs who love to forage in the forest. We move their paddock every few days to ensure that they have fresh forage to eat and to ensure that they do not negatively impact the forest. They love to root around in their natural environment as they should, opposed to the 95% of commercially raised pigs on concrete. Our pigs get fed fresh produce daily, enjoy the sunshine, exercise which all help produce a nutrient packed meat. Our pigs are also fed a non-gmo, feed that is free of highly inflammatory allergen grains. Our feed is specially made by a local farmer who shares in our values of good nutrition.
